ORDINANCE NO. 133
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on Rosemary Terrade
excepting in a northerly direction, between Deerfield Road. and Orchard
Street, on Sundays between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 12:30 P.M., and
it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on the west side of Rosemary
Terrade during these hours; and it shall be unlawful to park any
vehicle on that portion of'Rosemary Terrace abutting the property
occupied by the Bethlehem Church durin g such hourst

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this
ordinance shall be fined not less than ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) nor more
than TWENTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) for each offense.
