ORDINANCE NO. 13
Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
1. the question of adopting the following amendment to the zoning
ordinance was previously referred to a zoning commission for the
village, which commissi6n held a public hearing after due public
notice as required by law, and reported its recommendations to this J
Board of Trustees.
2. Section XVII paragraph A of the Deerfield Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

<t "Prodded that nothing in this section shall prevent the con-
struction of an accessory building up to within two feet (21) of an
interior lot line on any lot:.6r tract upon which the main building
was erected prior to the adoption of the Zoning Ordinance on the 4th
day of May, 1953 and providing further that nothing is this section shall
be construed to prohibit the construction of an accessory building
within two feet (21) of an interior lot line of any lot or tract having
a width of not to exceed sixty feet (60')."
This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage and
publication as provided by law.
