SUBDIVISION FEES
Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village
of Deerfield,
that:
In
any plat of subdivision submitted for the approval of the
Village
Board, there
shall be paid a fee in the
following amounts:
Subdivision
of one acre or less
$10.00
Subdivision
of more than one acre
and less
than five acres
$25.00
Subdivision
of moP@ than five acres
and less
than ten acres
$50.00
Subdivision
of more than ten acres
and less
than twenty acres
$100.00
Subdivision
of more than twenty acres
$150.00
No such subdivision plat shall be considered for final approval
by the Village Board unless the fee provided for herein shall be paid.
