ORDINANCE NO. /3 /
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of. Deerfield, that:
1. The question of granting a variance from the terms of the
w
Zoning Ordinance as hereinafter described, having been.previously
referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals, that Board,of Appeals having
held a public hearing on the matter on February 11, 1954 after
publication, as required by law, and - having made its recommendation to
this Board, and the Board of Trustees hereby adopts and approved the
recommendations and makes the same a part of this ordinance by
reference.
2.• A variance from the terms of the 'Zoning Ordinance is hereby
granted so as to permit the construction of a detached garage within
two (2) feet of the East lot line, Lot 9, Block 10, Branigar Bros.
Woodland Park Subdivision.
