BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, that:
1. The question of granting a variance from the terms of the
Zoning Ordinance as hereinafter described, hgying been previously
e
referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals, that Board of Zppeals having
held a public hearing on the matter on January 5, 1954 after publication,
as required by law, and having made its recommendation to this Board,
the Board of Trustees hereby adopts and approved the recommendations
of the Board of Zoning Appeals and makes the same a part of this
ordinance by reference.
2. A variance from the term,of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby
granted so as to permit the construction of a two car garage within
two (2) feet of the North lot line, Lot 71, Block 4, Deerfield Park
Land and Improvement Association Subdivision.
