O-54-01ORDINANCE NO. Id 3 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, that: 1. The question of granting a variance from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance as hereinafter described, having been previously referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals, that Board of Zoning Appeals having held a public hearing on the matter on December 18, 1953 after publication, as required by law, and having made its recommendation to this Board, the Board of Trustees hereby adopts and approved the recommendations of the Board of Zoning Appeals and makes the same a part of this ordinance by reference. 2. A variance from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby granted so as to permit the construction of a factory building within three (3);feet of the South side of the tract described as: Parts of the NEB', Sec. 32 and NWT, Sec. 33, TON, R12E, 3 P.M. in the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, Beginning on the Easterly line of the Depot Grounds of the former Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul R.R. Co., at a point 311,4 feet Northerly from the North line of Osterman Avenue, thence Northerly along said Easterly line of Depot grounds, 75 feet thence N. 70035' E. 150.7 feet thence S. 15022' E., parallel to said Easterly line of Depot grounds, 75 feet, thence S. 790 35' W. 150.7 feet to the place of beginning.
