ORDINANCE NO. 1/1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, that:
1. The question of granting a variance to permit the construction
of a one - family residence within five (5) feet of each side lot line on
Lots 56 and 57 in Block 4 in Deerfield Park Land and Improvement
Association Subdivision, having been previously referred to the Board
of Appeals for consideration, that Board of Appeals having heldda public
hearing on the matter on November 16, 1953 after publication, as required
by law, and having made its recommendation to this Board, this Village
Board hereby adopts and approves the recommendation of the Board of
Appeals and makes the same a part of this ordinance by reference.
2. ,A variance from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby
granted so as to permit the construction of .a single family residence
on the tract consisting of the above - described Lots 56 and 57 within
five feet of the outer side boundaries of the said tract.
PASSED this 14th day of December, A.D., 1953.
