AN ORDINANCE
RELATING TO FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD that:
1. Lhe fees for,connection with the water system of the village
shall be as follows:
2. The fees for permits to construct a building or.other structure,
as provided in Section 9 of #cticle 2 of the Building Code of 1946,
shall be FOUR DOLLARS ($4.00) for each ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1,000.00) or fraction thereof of the the cost of the proposed building
or alterations for the first TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) and
THREE DOLLARS ($3.00) for each additional ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
('$1,000.00) or fraction thereof over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00).
Such fees shall be based on the estimate of cost submitted with the
application, but upon completion of the work a verified statement of
the actual cost shall be submitted, and in the event the actual cost
exceeds the estimate, an:iadditional fee based upon such actual cost
in accordance with this paragraph shall be paid.
Provided that the fees for construction of buildings, not alteration
or repairs shall be as follows:

3. The fee for making a connection with the public sewer system shall
be FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) for a connection with the sanitary sewer and
FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) in connection with the oborm water drains.
