Ordinance No. 104
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield that:
Ordinance No. 51 relating to septic tanks be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the term 40,000 square feet, as the same appears in
Section 5 thereof, to:
" 25,000 square feet "
This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and
approval as provided below.
