BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield that:
Ordinance No. 51 relating to septic tanks be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the term 40,000 square feet, as the same appears in
if Section 5 thereof, to:
"35,000 square feet"
This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and
approval as provided below.

The salaries of the following officers and employees shall be:
William D. Johnston $375.00 per month
George Sticken $300.00 per month
Julius Lencioni $300.00 per month
