BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield, that:
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 76 be repealed.
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 76 be amended to read as follows:
"4. Three members shall constitute a quorum of the Committee."

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield that:
Section 17 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"17. The following shall be the standing committees of the Board of
Trustees:
Finance and Auditing
M •
Judiciary and License
'o.
Police
Public Works, Road and Bridges
Water and Sewer
Health
Public Relations
Building and Zoning
"Each standing committee shall consist of six (6) members including the
Chairman who shall be designated by the Village President.
"Special committees may be created from time to time as directed by the
Board of Trustees."
This ordinance shall be in full force from and after its passage.
