BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that;
Sections 76 and 77 of Chapter 7 of the Municipal Code
of Deerfield of 1946 be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows;
Sec 76. Establishment.) The Board of Local Improvements
of the Village shall consist of the President and all
village trustees.
Sec. 77 Functions.) The Board of Local Improvements shall
meet at 7;50 P.M. on the second Monday of each month and at
such other times and places as may be determined by the
Board, and shall have the powers and duties assigined to
the Board of Local Improvements by statute. The village
clerk shall be secretary of the board.
This ordinance shall be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
