O-084BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees:
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
The President and Board of Trustees have received a
petition signed by the owners of 60% of the property abutting
on that portion of Cedar Street hereinafter described asking
that the name of such portion of Cedar be changed to "'Cedar
Lane "; and therefore:
The name of-that portion of the street formerly known
as Cedar Street lying easterly of the east boundary of
Juniper Terrace extended is hereby changed to "Cedar Lane ".
This ordinance shall be in force from and after its
approval as provided by law.
