BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD that the following ordinance be and the same is
hereby adopted that:
1. A Building Committee be appointed by the Board of Trustees,
said Building Committee to consist of five (5) members, who are residents
of the Village of Deerfield.
2. That each member shall be appointed for the fiscal year and
shall hold office until the successor of each is appointed and qualified.
3. That it shall be the duty of said Building Committee to
review all applications for building permits before said permits are
issued by the Building Commissioner to insure compliance with the
ordinances of the Village.
4. That three (3) members of said committee shall constitute a
querutm, and building permits shall be signed by the Building Commissioner
and three members of the Building Committee.
