WHERAS, it is desirable to facilitate the authorization
of payment of the obligations of the Village of Deerfield:
NOW THEREFORE BE 'IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that:
The following officials be and are hereby authorized to
sign payroll checks of the Village of Deerfield, two signatures
being required.
Mayor H. Ross Finney, or Trustee Ellis W. Smith, or
Trustee George P. Schleicher, or Village Manager Norris W. Stilphen,
