ORDINANCE No.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. It is to the best interests of the village
and the residents thereof that the alley running east and west
immediately south of Hazel Avenue between Alden Court and Clay
Court, be vacated.
Section 2. The said alley running east and west
immediately south of Hazel Avenue between Alden Court and
Clay Court, be and the same is hereby vacated; subject, how-
ever, to the right of the Village of Deerfield, or any grantee
of such rights from the village, to maintain, repair, and
replace any sewer or water pipes or mains, and any wires,
poles, conduits, or other utilityequipment now lying within
such alley,.and the right of the village or its grantee to
install new mains, pipes, poles, wires, conduits, or similar
equipment in such area.

correct copy of a certain original ordinance for the Vacation of Certain
Alleys in the Village of Deerfield, County of Lake and State of Illinois,
which was passed and adopted February � A. D. 19510 and thereupon
deposited in ply office and afterwards approved by the Nooident of the
Board of Trustees of said Village on February 12 a A. D. 19510 all
of which appears from the files, records and papers of said Village of
Deerfield in my office.
