BE IT RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, go on record
as opposing Senate Bill 758 introduced in the Illinois General Assembly,
which would permit utility companies to enter into agreements with
municipalities to discontinue utility services to consumers who are
delinquent in payment of municipal sewer service charges.
PASSED: This 3rd day of May, 1965.
