ORDINANCE NO. 4-3
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS, BY ADDING
PARAGRAPH (k) TO ARTICLE III, N01 SUBDIVISIONS,
CHAPTER 81 OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING TO VILLAGE AFFAIRS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois:
SECTION 1: That the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1946
passed and approved under date of January 21, 1946, be, and the
same is hereby, amended in the following respect:
(a) By addition of a paragraph (k) to Article III, New
Subdivisions, Chapter 8, Other Provisions Relating to Village
Affairs, to be read as follows:
"(k) Plats with variations from the requirements
of the ordinances may be approved by the Plan Commission
and the Board of Trustees in specific cases when the Plan
Commission and the Board of Trustees are of the opinion
that such variations do not affect the general plan or the
spirit of the ordinances."
