O-58-60ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Article II, Paragraph 7 of the Building Code of the Village of
Deerfield, enacted May 14, 1946, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Applications.) Applications for building permits shall be made in
duplicate to the Building Commissioner and shall be accompanied by plans,
elevations, critical sections and details drawn to scale and specifications
so as to clearly show the method of construction and materials to be used.
Such plans shall be verified by the signature of either the owner of the
premises, or by the architect or engineer acting for such owner.
