to the City Council at a meeting held March 791911:
The Commissioner of Public Yorks has informed the. Committee

formed of the approximate cost of construction. r
K It is the opinion of the Oom►nittee, that should we enter
into contract with. the Village, of Deerfield for furnishing water, we
should receive the same rate from theca as that paid by the City of .
Highwood, namely eight cents per thousand gallons.
The report.of the Committee was approved and the City Clerk
