Second Street South, bringing the Gervice, in ao., close to his property
as- possible. Re- it further* resolved that any other property owner other
than Mr. James- 0 "1'^onnor or his. heirs, -de-airing to get accomodations from
this s.ervice`.ahall be- required to defray one-half of this installation
coat.
