ORDINANCE NO. 36
FIXING TIDE OFFICIAL TIME ViITHIN
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE
COUNTY, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois:
SECTION 1: That from and after two (2:00) o'clock
A.M. on Sunday, September 26, 1948, "Central Standard Time"
shall be the official ti.,,e within the Village of Deerfield
for the transaction of all Village business. Ail legal or
official proceedings of the President and Board of Trustees
and all official business of the Village shall be regulated
as to time in accordance with the provisions of this section;
and when an act is to be performed by ordinance, resolution
or action of a municipal officer or body, such act must be
performed according to the official time as herein prescribed.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance, be, and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in fui.i force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
