to create the office of comptroller for the Village of Deerfield.'
Said comptroller to k eepthe total wunicipal records subject to `a • check
every quarter by a certified accountant, an audit to b r grade by that
same accountant annually. Comptroller to be reimbursed at the rate of
Q75..00 per month, payable uonthly, out of the general fund.
