An ordinanca providingor the construction af a cast drop viater supply pipe, together with firehydranta, gate valves, bend&, connect - tions, to existing mains. and special- casting a. complete. to be constructed and laid along a portion of Deerfield Avenue, in _the- Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, and providing for the--- making of said improvement by special assessment and the issuing of improvement bonds, was read. µ It was moved by Trustee- Selig and seconded by Trustee, Geary that all contrary rules he• suspended and the ordinance placed upon its, pass- i age. Upon roll call the following vote was taken:- Yeas- Engstrom, Geary, Labahn, Seg ert and Selig. Nays - None. Carried._ It was moved by Trustee, Selig and seconded by Trustee Engatrom that the ordinance be passed as read. Upon roll call the following vote was taken : - Yeas. - Engstrom, Geary, Labahn, Seg ert and Selig. Nays None. Carried. It was moved by Trustee- Geary and seconded by Trustee Labahn to adjourn. The-Street & Alley Committee to whom the ordinance submitted to the �g> Board on Sept. I3, 1926 providing for a local improvement known as, the- 'Woodland Park, Paving proj e4t, reported that said ordinance had been duly pull.ished in the Deerfield News on the-18th day of September I926 and. that they report favorably on said ordinance, recommendation and eratimat The ordinance, recommendation and e- atimate was then 12roupht up to second. hearing. - It was moved by Trustee,Geary and seconded by Trustee Labahn that the ordinance- be passed as read. question was stated by the Chair and submitted to roll call. The vote stood, I'Ayes, Fngetrom, Geary, Knaak, 1 Labahn, Seg ert and Selig-. Nays. None. The President declared the motion carried, and the ordinance passed as read. After reconvening as a Board of Trustees it was moved by Trus.tea d by Trustee- Engstrom that the Clerk be instructed to Geary and seconde notify, through the Chierf of Police, the 'ownexa. of property described as Lot 5 in Block 3 of Hall & Ostermans Subdv., to install sanitary toilets in the building on said premises at once.
