ORDINANCE FOR PAVING ORCHARD STRFFT & TODD COURT. =�
An ord ni ance providing for grading, paving, curbing, draining
and oth °r:vise improving the roadway of Orchard Street from the Faaterly
edge of existing state asphalt pavement in Waukegan Road to the, "
les.terly street line of Rosemery. Terrace, and said line- extended,
and the roadway of Todd Court from a connection with the South edge
of pavement to be built-in Orchard Street to a. line- parallel with
and 2'5I.5 feet south of the-South street line- of Orchard Street;; and.
that par -t of the-roadway of ilaukegan road lying e-as.t of exiating State
asphalt pavement and included between. Street 'lines- extended of Orchard
Street, in' the, Village, of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois.;; and
providing .for the maZiimg of said. improvement by special assessment
and issuing of improvement bonds.., was; read.,
