All bills. to be rubber stamped in red ink to show this ruling, and after pe-reonal notice has been served by the Village Water Department. A minimum charge of One Dollar will be made to pay for service in reinstating water service-. Moved by Trustee Selig and aeconded by Trustee Labahn that the' resolution be passed as read.
