appear in defenue ,in a suit by the Highland Park State Bank for the
sum of x$"3000.00, be handed to Attorney Decker. Carried.

adjourn au a Board of Trustees and convene- as a Board of-Local-
Improvements. Carried.

RFSOLVr,D :: That water consumers: be required to pay their water
bills: within twenty days, of date of bill rendered, or water service
shall be discontinued by the Village- until bill is entirely and
fully paid. All bills. to be rubber stamped in red ink to show this
ruling, and after pe-reonal notice has been served by the Village
Water Department. A minimum charge of One Dollar will be made to
pay for service in reinstating water service-.

resolution be passed as read.
