An ordinance prescribing the minimum width of all cement side-
walks to be hereafter. constructed along -any of the atreets in. the
Village of Deerfield, Lake County) Illinois;,-and-prcvidino, C> for the
issuance of a permit and the exp-,ense -thereof, for the construction
of such sidewalks was read.
-,Moved by Trustee Geary and seconded by Trustee Knaak that the
ordinance be passed as read.
