KRAFT KRAFT & ERSKINE DRAW ORDINANCE FOR WATER CERTIFICATE ISSUE.

Engineer be- instructed through Mr. Hood to. employ Kraft, Kraft, &
Erskine to draw. up the necessary ordinance -for.thr issuance of
630,000.00 worth of water certificates for a fee not to exceed
4500.00, payable out of the water certificate issue, they as well
to prepare an opinion on the validity of the issue.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken:- Yeas- Engstrom,.

An ordinance proviulEg for a local improvement in the Village of
Deerfield, County-of Lake and State of Illinois, consisting of the
construction of a system of sanitary sewers. together with manholes,�
sewerage disposal plant and all auxiliaries and appurtenances- there-,
to, known as the "Fast Side Sanitary Sewer System"in said Village,;
establishing a newer district;, providing for acquiring necessary.,
right of way and easements and providing for the making of. said,
improvement by special assessment and the issuing of improvement
bonds, was read.
