SPECIAL FLFCTION FOR BOND ISSUE.
Moved by Trua.tee Knaak and seconded by Trustee Engstrom that
the Atto=nyy -be instructed to draw up an ordinance for a Special
Election to authorize the issueing of bonds as follows:
46500".00 Liquidation of old debts.
6500.00 water Improvement.Installation.
6I00.00 Village Hall and Fire Station.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken:- Yeas - Engstrom,
Geary, Knaak; Labahn, Segert, Selig. Naes- None. Carried.
LIG HTS ON BRIER HILL ROAD.
Moved by Trustee Geary and seconded by Trustee Labahn that
the Road and Bridge Committee be instructed to place-three lights.
on Brier Hill Road and remove the present light at the entrance to
Brier Hill and.in its place install two lights_, ones -half the power
of the present light, in the lamps on the ornamental columns.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken :L Yeas- Engstrom,
Geary, Knaak, Labahn, Segert, Selig. Naes -None/ Carried.
Moved by Trustee Knaak and seconded by Trustee Selig to ad-
iourn as a Board of Trustees and convene as a Board of Local
mprovementa:. Carried.
RFCINDING L. F. MEYERS CO. CONTRACT.
After reconvening .as alBoard of Trustees it was moved by
Trustee Geary and seconded by Trustee Segert to recind the action
of 'the Board of Truatees= on June I2, I925 concerning the contract
with the L. F. Meyers go. granting them water, and refuse to dive
them water on account of shortage of water and our inability to
give them a necessary supply., The Clerk to be instructed to
officially notify the L. F. Meyers Co. to this effect.
Upon roll call the following vote was-taken:- Yeas: Engstrom,
Geary, Knaak, Labahn, Segert, Selig, Naes -None. Carried.
Moved by Trustee Ceary and seconded_by Trustee Labahn to
adjourrr. Carried.
