of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President
James J. Hood at 8:00 P. Li.
Roll call:- Present - Engstrom, Knaak, Labahn, Segert, Selig.
Absent- Geary. `
The minutes of the regular meeting held Yiay 4, 1925 were
read and approved.
The minutes of the special meeting held TiSay II, I925 were
read and approved.
The minutes of the 0r6cial meeting held May 26, 1925 were
re�:d and approved.
The President LLI,1,6inted 1r. William F: Plagge as 'Village
Treasurer to succede 111. E. H. 1illman, deceased. The appointment
was approved unanimously by the Hoard of Trustees.
The president aprointed the following citizens as Special
Police Officers in the'Village of Deerfield, who were duly sworn.
Harry A. 11uhlke, C. 'r1: Getty, Paul L. Hunter, Conrad 71,
Uchtman, Arthur J. Fender, A. W. Torbet; Chester Wolf, John
Beckley Sr., E. B. Jordan and Henry Hoffman.
Loved by Trustee Selig and seconded by Trustee Labahn that
the Village of Deerfield purchase from the Federal Electric Co.
a Double He. -.d Type Federal Siren, Code Style, on sixty days trial,
at if passible 5% discount for cash. Deerfield State'Barik to
assist us if possible in part payment'of this bill.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken:- Yea, - Engstrom,
Knaak, Labahn, Segert, ,Selig. I3aes- 'None. Carried.
The President appointed Trustee Labahn, Trustee knaak and
Trustee Selig as a committee to secure a proper location for the
fire siren, also to secure if possible the services of Mr. Wt.
Desmond to install same.
A request by 1,1r. and Tars. Scheer for permission to replat
certUin lots owned by them in the Taylor L Pourers Subdivision,
moved by Trustee Engstrom and seconded by Trustee Segert
G that the request of 11r. and Mxs. Scheer be referred to the Plan
` Commission. Plan Commission to report back to the Village Board.
Upon roll call tfi.e following vote wal taken:= Yeas- Engstrom,
Knaak, Labahn, Segert, Selig. rues- None. Carried.
ar _ REGULATING WATER USED FOR SPRINKLING PURPOSES.
I:7oved by Trustee Segert and seconded by Trustee Dabahn that
no vra,ter user be permitted to use wL.ter for sprinkling purposes
between the hours of 7:00 A. Li. and*7 :00 P. M. during -the Months
of I'ay to September inclusive.

ing obligations of the Village, including the above notes.

Voucher #6, Series A. dated February 2, 1925, in the amount of
1400.00 a/c Special Assessment, Docket #22 .authorized at the
meeting; of February 22, 1925. .
