An ordinance creating a Board of -Local Improvements for the
Village of Deerfield was read.
Moved by Trustee Ender and seconded by Trustee Toll that
all contrary, rules be suspepded and the ordinance placed on its
passage.

A petition signed by certain residents requesting a street
'lamp to be placed at the corner of Central and Grand Avenues was

A communication from the International Harvester.Coo with
reference to overdue interest on the,61000.00 warrant.which they'
are holding against the Village of Deerfield.and also.what steps
we are taking to liquidate this_indebtness was read.

write the International Harvester..Coo enclosing check for `75.00
and informing them that we expect to take care of the.warrant
by issuing tax anticipation bonds.

persons moving into Deerfield prior to July lot, who have pur-

but they must then obtain a vehicle license for the period from
Julvllst to December 31st.

Lioved by Trustee Hood and seconded by Trustee Osterman that
the Plat of Goldmann's North Shore Golf Links Subdivision as pre_ -
sented, be rejected and the Board'suggests that no lots be less
than.75 feet in width and 175 feet in depth on anv_ portion of the
subdivision. Unanimouslv carried.
LIGHTS ON EUGENE. AVENUE.
Moved by Trustee Toll and seconded by Trustee Labahn to accept
the petition of residents and property owners on Eugene Ave. for
two additional street lights and that the same be referred to the
Road and Bridge Committee with authority to act.
