A special meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield for the purpose of adopting a resolution
for a Special Election on annexing certain portions of the Town-
ship of West Deerfield was called to order by the President
Lincoln Pettis at 7 :30 P. M.
Roll call : - Present- Ender, Osterman, Selig, Toll, Warner.
Absent- None.
A resolution calling.for a Special Election to be held on
the 9th'day of February, 1924 between the hours of Seven o'clock
A. M. and Five o'clock P. Id. for the purpose of submitting ta'the
legal voters of the Village of Deerfield and voting on the.prop-
osition to annex to the Village of Deerfield the following described
,portion.of the Township of West Deerfield, Lake County, Ill., to-
wit: All those parts or portions of Sections 28 -29 -32 and 33 in
Township 43,North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
being and lying without the Village Limits of the Village of.
Deerfield, and not-included in or a part of the Village of Deer -
field, all in Lake County, Ill., was read.

resolution be adopted, as read.
