In the absenceeof the President-Lincoln Pettis it was moved by Trustee Toll and seconded by Trustee Selig that Trustee Ender act as chairman. Carried. Roll call:- Present- Ender, Osterman, Selig, Toll, Warner. Absent- None. RULES OR POLICIES FOR THE EXTENSION OF WATER. Moved by Trustee earner and seconded by Trustee Osterman that the attorney be instructed to draw up a set of rules or policies for the extension of gater from the Village of Deerfield. Upon roll call the following vote was taken; Yeas- Ender, Osterman, Selig, Toll, warner. Naes- None. REED LANDIS CITY V7A7F:R REGULATIONS. Moved by Trustee garner and seconded by Trustee Toll that the attorney be instructed to notify Reed Landis that the basis of contract for city water be based upon absolute ownership and control of all watermains to the property lines, and the meter boxes, and hvdrants and valves. That all mains carrying city water must be tested entirely uncovered and that all other stan- dard provisions of the village covering extensions must be com- plied with. These regulations are being drawn by the village attorney and will be submitted to the Board of Trustees at their next meeting.
