Regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President
Lincoln Pettis at 8 P. M.
Roll call; Present- Osterman, Selig, Toll.
Absent- Ender, Warner.
There being no,quorem present,- on motion.'by Trustee Toll
and seconded'by Trustee Selig this meeting was adjourned to
meet again at 7;30 P. M. on November 19th, 1923. Meeting then
adjourned.

Adjourned meeting from regular meeting of the President and
Board of Trustees of the village of Deerfield was called to or-
der by the President Lincoln Pettis at 7;30 P. M.
Roll call; Present- Ender, Osterman, Selig, Toll.
Absent- Warner.
Minutes of the regular meeting held Oct. 1st, 1923 and of
the special meeting held Oct. 15th, 1823 read and approved.
APPOINTr ='ANT OF E. H. WILLMAN AS TREASURER.
The President appointed E.,H. Willman as treasurer for bal-
ance of term at a rate,of 0100.00 per near.
Moved by Trustee Ender and seconded,by,Trustee Toll . that the
appointment of E..H. Willman as.treasurer be, concurred in.
Upon roll call the-following vote was taken; Yeas- Ender,
Osterman, Selig, Toll.. Naes- None.._.,
Moved by Trustee Toll and seconded by Trustee Selig that the
bond of E. H. Willman be approved -as read.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken; Yeas- Ender,
Osterman, Selig,.Toll..Naes.- None.
RESOLUTION OF CANVASSING BOARD FOR BOND ISSUE ELECTION
HELD OCT._ ZITH• 19230
The resolution of.the canvassing Board of the- returns of the
special election held on Saturday, October 27th, 1923 for the pur-
pose of voting for and against the.propositian to issue bonds to
the amount of X3500.00 ..to. pay off .the indebtedness on fire engine
was read.
Moved by Trustee.Ender.and seconded by Trustee Toll that the
resolution be adopted as read.
Upon roll call the following vote.was .taken; Yeas- Ender,
Osterman, Selig, Toll._Naes. None. , r
The resolution of the canvassing Board of the returns of the
special election held on.Saturday, October 27th, °1923 for the pur-
pose of voting for and.against the proposition to issue bonds to
the amount of V 3000.00..to pay outstanding„ warrants. of, the Village
of Deerfield, Ill. for constructing a -water system for said Village
was read.
Moved by Trustee Ender.and seconded by Trustee Toll that the
resolution be adopted as read. ,
Upon roll call the,following, vote was taken; Yeas - Ender,
Osterman, Selig, Toll. Naes- None.
Moved by Trustee Toll and seconded by Trustee Selig to adjourn.
