bills be paid from their respective funds as indicated on the bills.

Aresolution calling for a Special Election to be held Satur
da the 27th day of October, 1923 for the purpose of voting on
• Ji0oO.00 Bond Issue to pay outstanding Ytatermain Warrants and
• ,3500.00 Bond Issue to pay- the indebtedness incurred in the
purchase of a fire engine for the Village of Deerfield, Ill,
was read.
Moved by Trustee Warner and seconded by Trustee Ender that
the resolution be adopted as read.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken; Yeas- Ender,
Osterman, Selig, Toll, Warner. Naes- None.

Special meeting o theABoard of Trustees of the Village of ,
Deerfield was called to order by the President'Lincoln Pettis
at 8 P. M.
Roll call; Present- Ender, Osterman, Selig, Toll, Warner.
Absent- None. BRIERGATE HILL TAP RESOLUTION
The following resolution was read;= Resolved that the Brier -
gate Hill Allotment be and hereby is declared elligable to con -
nect with the Deerfield water system provided that all of this
allotment avail themselves of the first opportunity to become a'
part of the incorporated village, and provided that it is agreed
that the supply of water,-.ahall'2be turned off on failure to com-
plv with the terms of this resolution and also provided that all
rules of the village in regard to water supply now in force and
hereafter enacted shall be observed.
A proper agreement executing the terms of this resolution
shall be prepared by the village•attorney and signed by the
proper parties.
Moved by Trustee Warner and seconded by Trustee Toll that f
the resolution be adopted as read.
