The regular meeting of the,iBoard of Trustees of,the Village
of Deerfield was called to,order by.the President Lincoln Pettis
at 8 P. M.
Roll call; Present - , Osterman, Selig, Tell,, Warner.
Absent- ender.
Minutes of the regular meeting of September 5.th, 1923 and
of the special meeting of September 17th, 1923 were read and
approved.
WATER SUPPLY AGREF21ENT WITH REED LANDIS. •.
Moved by Trustee Warner and seconded by Trustee Osterman
that the attorney be instructed to draw up proper agreement with
the owners of-the Reed Landis tract for water supply and that up-
on the execution of 'the agreement, permission.be granted to con -
nect with the watermain in Deerfield Ave.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken; Yeas

OUTSTANDING VIATERMAIN WARRANTS BOND ISSUE ORDINANCE.
An ordinance providing for the issuance of bonds to the amount

of x;3000.00 for the purpose of paying outstanding warrants of the
Village of Deerfield, Ill., issued in payment of the amount assessed
against the Village of Deerfield.for the construction of a water
{ system for. said Village -was read.
. Moved ',by Trustee Warner and seconded by Trustee Toll that
all contrary rules be suspended and the ordinance placed on its
passage.
