Kapachull Davis Co. Inc. as part of final estimate in payment
of work ddne on account of Spec. Assessment X16 for paving Deerfield
Ave. Ye

DETMFIELD WATER SERVICE *FUND.
the following resolution was read;- Resolved that a fund be `
and the same is hereby created to be known as the Deerfield Water
Service Fund, to which Rind shall be credited all monies received
from.all sources eonneeted.with the. operation of the water system
excepting and excluding moneys received from the sale'and distrib-
ution of vrater.
