The following Resolutions on the Audit Report were read-
Resolved that the clerk is hereby authorized to request an esti-
mate of Groy,Hunter;& Co.of the cost of .p#toviding .and setting up
a sot of books for the Treasurer and Clerk in accordance with the
recommendation made in their audit of the books of the village of
De®rfield for a period ending January 31st,1923.

Resolved that the village attorney be ordered to investigate
the0status of outstanding public benefit vouchers-to the amount of
2400.00,on which interest is now due to the amount of 0310900, and
to- report &t the next meeting of the Board, --his findings and also
plan for liquidating this 'indebtedness.

a Motor Cycle Policeman be employed to work in co- operation with
the Township of West Deerfield and the rates ' and- specifications as
agreed upon between.the village of Deerfield and the Township of
West Deerfield, and be it further resolved that the President be
hereby-authorized to purchase in the name of the village of Deer -
field, Accident and Liability Insurance for said policeman for the i
