Regular meeting of the Board of Trustee Village of Deerfield was
called to order by the President B.H.Kress at 7 P.M.
Ro1l.call Present,. O'Connor, Pettis, Selig, Segert.
Absent, Stanger, ',+arner. -
Minutes of the reLular meeting held on February 5 1923 were
read and approved.
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by Trustee Selig that
the revision of Section 3 of the Automobile License Ordinance
be referred to the License Committee with pourer to act.
Upon roll call the following vote was to ken, Yeas, O' Conno
Pettis, Selig, Segert., ZTaes None.
Regular moved and seconed that the Board take a recess to' -
hold a meeting of tine BOLLrd of Local Improvements. Carried.
On completion . of the meeting .of the Board of Local Imp-'
rovements the Board of Trustees reconvened.
A letter from Engineer A.1. Consoer of theConcoer Engineers
ing Co. who had been employed by the Water Committee to
investigate a proposed .change in our crater system at the
Highland Park limits was read.
Mr. Consoer outlined in detail the results of his investiga-
tion including his recommendation for the betterment of the
water supply.
Moved by Trustoe Segert and seconed by Trustee O'Connor
that the report of Engineer Consoer be accepted with recommend.at -
ion. <
Upon roll call, the following vote eras taken, Yeas, O'Connor,
Pettis, Segert, Selig. Naes None.
A Jitter form Murry and Terry asking what arrangements could
'Is made to extend the water. mains inthe Lidgerwood Tract on E.
Deerfield Ave was read.
Moved by Trustee O'Connor,and seconed by Trustee Selig that
the Clerk be instructed to unite Murry and Terry asking that
their representarive meet the Board at the earliest convenience.

Tuesday the 17th day of-April-1923-of-the election. -of a
