Regular ueeting of the Board of Trustees Village of Deerfield
waa called to order by the. President B..H.Kraas at 7;30 P.M..
Roll call, Present O'Connor, Pettia, Segert, Selig, .Varner.
Absent, Stanger.
Minutaa of the regular meeting held on Dec. 4 1922 and of
the Special meeting held on Dec.. 18 1922 were read and approved.
Moxed by Trustee Warner and second by Trustee Pettis that
the books of the Village be audited by a certified. accountant. -
Upon soil call the following vote was taken, Yeas, O'Connor,
Pettis, Segert, Selig, anct Warner. Naes, None.
Moved by Trustee Warner and seconed by T.ruatee Pettis that
the Village Attorne�r be instructed to draft an ordinance for the
inspection and installation of septic tanks and for condemnation
of improper tanks no a in use-. .
Upon roll call the following vote wau taken, Yeas Pattie,
' Connor, Segert, Selig, Warner. Naes, None.
An ordinan_� licensino- and regulating the uue of Billiard
Pool andII.Pigeon. Hole Tables, and providing for a penalty for
violation was read.
Moved by Trustee Segirt and aeconed by Trustee Selig that the
ordinance be passed as read.

Pettis, Segert, Selig, Warner. Nana, None.
Moved by Trustee O'Connor and aeconed by Trustee Segert that
:street light be placed on';ug enia Ave. east of Lincoln Ave.

a• street light be placed on Greenwood Ave and Oak St.
Upon roll call the following vote waa taken, Yeas, O'Connor,

Moved by Trustee earner and aeconed by Trustee Selig that
one street light ba placed at Springfield and.Hazel Avesa and one
on Springfield Ave, 300 feet north of Hazel Ave.
