Moved by Trustee Warner and seconed by Trustee Pettis that the
Clerlt ascertain if a court order on the.;water department had been
_ issued and if possible get a. copy.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken, Yeas, O'Connor,
Pettis, Segert, Selig, Stanger, Warner. Naes, None.
Moved by Trustee 'darner and seconed by Trustee Pettis-that the
request of the Illinois Bell Telephone Co. for setting pole on
Lincoln Ave and Ostrrmin Ave be referred to the Road and Bridge commit-
tee, and if approved by the committee the President be authorized
to sign the same. CLirried.
Moved by Trustee•ti•darner and seconed by Trustee O'Connor that a
check of $500.00 be sent to Peter Pirsch & Sons.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken, Yeas, 010onnor,
Pettis, Segert, Selig, Stanger, Warner. Naes, None.
A letter from Geo. Herrmann, water inspector and signed by
himself and Edward Segert, stating that he had tested the mains in j
Rosemary Terrace and•found•them. satisfactory with the exception
of five hydrants which the contractor agbeed to change as soon as he
could get the right hydrants from the Ludlow Mfg. Co. and recommending
that $500.00 be with held. �
rdoved by .Trustee Pettis and seconed by Trustee Warner that the
recommendation of Herrmann and Segert Sae accepted. Carried.
Moved.by Trustee Selig and seconed bynTrustee Warner to adjourn.
Carried.
