Special Meetinz of the.Board of Trustees Village of Deerfield
called to order by the President B.H.Kress at c8 P.M. fortthe purpose
of opening bids for the paving of Deerfield Ave.
Roll.call: Present, O'Connor, Pettis, Selig, Stanger, Segert
Warner, Absent, None.. <
Moved by Trustee Warner and seconed by Trustee O'Connor that a
voucher for $1500.00 be dravrn in favor of Peter Pirsch & Sons Co
to apply on Fire Truck.
Upon roll cz:ll the follovring vote wa taken, Yeas O'Connor,
Pettis, Selig, Stanger, Segert, Warner. ITaes None.
Moved by Trustee Warner and seconed by Trustee,O'Connor that
the Attorney be instructed to draft a vehicle ordinance and
present at next regular meeting.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken, Yeas, O'Connor,
Selig, Stanger, : Sege rt, . tiVarner. Naes , 1Tone. ,
Recommendation, Estimate and ordinance for watenrains on
Greenwood Ave from Lincoln to Park Aves was read.
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by Trustee Selig that all
contrary rules be suspended and the ordinance be placed on its
passage.
Upon roll c;ll the following vote.was read: Yeas, O'Connor,
Pettis, Selig, Stanger, Segert, Warner. ITaes None.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconed by Trustee Warner that the
ordinance be passed ws read.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken,
Yeas, O'Connor Pettis, Selig, Segert, Stenger, Warner
Naes, None. ,
Moved by Trustee Selig and seconed by Trustee Pettis to Idjourn.
