Special meeting of the Board of Trustees Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President B.H.Kress for the purposeof
passing an ordinance to vacate a portion of Pettis Ave, and such
other business as may come before the meeting.
Roll Call, Present, O'Connor, rettis,.Sel3ert, Selig.

3"' An ordinance vacating a portion of Pettis Ave and part of East
Railway Ave was read.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconed by.Trustee O'Connor that
all contrary rules,be suspended.and ordinance.be placed on its passage
Upon roll.cd,ll the following vote was taken, Yeas, O'Connor,
Pettis, Segert, Selig. Naes, None.
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by Trustee Selig that the'
ordinance be passed as read. .
Upon roll cull the following vote �,as taken,
Yeas, O'Connor, Pettis, Segert, Selig., 21aes,,None.
The following resolution was read: z
RESOLVED, that the plat.of a.subdivision "described as Woodmn's
Resubdivision of Lots 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - and 7-in Block 3 and Lots
1 - 2 - and 3.in Block 4, together with vacated street lying between
said Blocks 4 and 5, all in Hall and Ostermans Addition to.the Town
of Deerfield made by John E.Woodman and Helen Punk Woodman be and,the
same is hereby.approved, anti the President.and Village Clerk be'and
they are hereby authorized.to. attach a certificate of approval to
the plat thereof to be filed for record.
Moved by Trustee Selig and seconed by Trustee Pettis that the
resolution be passed astread. t
