was called,to order,by. the President B.H. Kress at 8 P.M.

matter of Street Signs be-referred to-the Road & Bridge Committee
with instructions to report at next meeting.
Treasurers report was read. .
The.Fire Marshall rel.orted on the progress being made by the
Committee on the purchase of a Fird Truck. T1je sentiment of the
new board was to stand by the Committee's

employ one man in cooperation with a man from the township to operate
underthe Sheriffs office and'that amicaible arrangements be made
with'the tovinship whereby fines are equally divided.

An ordinance designating B.H. Kress as President and Edward Segert
James O'Connor, George Stanger. A.R. Winer, Lincoln Pettis and
Fred Selig as members of the Board of Local Improvements was read.
Moved by Trustee Segert and sedoned.by Trustee O'Connor ordinance
be adopted as read.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken, Yeas; Pettis
O'Connor, Segert and Selig. Dr. A.R. Warner not voting.
Moved by Trustee -0 "Connor and seconed by Trustee Segert that
the Board take a recess-for the purp6se of; organizing the Board of
of +Local- Improvements. Carried.
After reconv@ning the Board took up the plat of watermains in
Rosemary Terrace in the Von Linde Subdivision. t
Moved by Trustee O'Connor and seconed by Trustee Segert that
plat of watermains in- Rosemary Terrace be accepted.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken, Yeas, Pettis, O'Connor
Segert, Selig and Winner, Naes None.
