March 27 1922
Special meeting of the Board of Trustees Village of Deerfield, was
called to order by the President- B.H.Kress for the purpose of
considering the passing a condemnation ordinance for sewer-outlet
and an ordinance for.the paving of Deerfield Ave, from Lincoln
Ave., to the east limits.
The meeting was called to order by the President B.H.Kress at
8 P.M.
Roll Call Present OlConnor, Segert, Stanger, Wessling.
Absent: Kreh, Haggie.
An ordinance for condemnation proceedings for the outlet sewer s
system was read.
Moved by Trustee Stanger and seconed by Trustee Segert that all
contrary rules be suspended and the ordinance be placed on its
passage.
Upon roll call the f llowing vote was taken:
Yeas; O'Connor, Segert, Stanger, Wessling.
Naes.. , None. 4
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by Trustee O'Connor that the
ordinance be passed as read.
Upon roll call tie following vote was-taken; -
Yeas: OIConnor, Segert, Stanger, 7.essling

An ordinance for, the widening of Deerfield Ave was read. f�t°`w'
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by Trustee Wessling that ail
contrary rules be suspended and the ordinance be placed on its
passage. .
Upon roll call the following vote.was taken:

Naes: None.
Moved by Trustee'O'Connor and seconed by Trustee Stanger that the
`ordinance be passed as read.
