Special meeting of the Board of Trustees Village of Deerfield
vias called to order by the president B.H. Kress for the purpose
of considering the acceptance of the Von Linde Subdivision.
Roll Call, PresentSegert, Stanger, O'Connor, Wessling,
Absent, Haggie, Kreh.
The following resolution was read
RESOLVED, that the Plat of a Subdivision to,be known as the
0.B,VON LINDES SUBDIVISION, being a subdivision of Lots 8 - 9 -
10 - 11 -and 12 (Except the east 40 feet of said Lotl2) in Block
1 in the original toxin of Deerfield, according to the plat therof
recorded in Book 27 of Deeds- Page 167 in the Recorders Office
of Take County, Illinois; also-that part of the West � �of the
south Test 4 of section 28 Tap. 43 N., R. 12 E. of the 3rd P.M.
Described as follows: Beginning at the notth,east corner of
aforesaid Lot.12;,thence west on the north line of aforesaid Block
1, 20-rods more or less to ,the north .viest corner of aforesaid Lot
8, thence north 79.4 rods, thence east parallel to the south line
of said Section 28 - 20 rods. to the - east line of the West 3- of "
aforesaid S.W. quarter section, thence south on SAID east line
79.4 rods to .place•of,beginning: ALL BEING IN THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE COUNTY., ILLINOIS, be and the same is hereby approved
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by Trustee Stanger that
the plat of Von Linde Subdivision be approved.
