There being' no quorum present' the meeting was ad jour ed to

Roll Call, Present -- Haggie, O'Connor, Seger, Stanger and
Weasling . Absent -- Kreh.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 3 1921 viers read
and approved.
Moved and seconed that the Board now take a recess for the
purpooe of calling a meeting of the Board of Local Improvements.
The Board reconvened at 9.30 P.M.
Moved by Truatee Haggie and seconed by Trustee O'Connor that
a voucher of $230.00 be drawn in favor of A.R. Wolfe for legal
ervicea in Railroad Mandamnus cane.
Upon, roll call the following vote was taken, Yeas-- Tiaggie,
O'Connor, Segert, Stanger and Wessling. Naes -- None.
Moved by Trustee O'Connor and o9coned by Truatee e3sling that
a carload of cinders be ordered.
