Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of :.the Village of Deerfield eras
called to order,br the President B. H. Krems at 8 P.M.
Roll Call, Present: Beckley, Haggie, Kreh, 8e' -ert and Wessling
Absent : Haunschild.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on Feb 7, 1921 were r -ad and approved. �
Report of the treasurer eras read.
Moved by Trustee Beckley and seconed by Trustee, Wes..tling that the Road
and Bridge Committee be empowered to buy the stone from the Conway Co.
if found advisable.
Upon roll call the fOlIOITinr, vote was taken: Yeas, R.ickley Haggie, Kreh,
Segert and Wessling, Naes: None.
Moved by Trustee Haggie and aeconed by Trustee Beckley that the village
buy an Au;us McCall= road plane at ;"130.00 F.O.B. St. Johns, Mich.

Moved bJ Trustee Beckley and Seconed by Trustee Haggie that the bills be
paid and, charg ed 'to their respective` funds.

Kreh, Segert and Wessling. Naes, None. '
Moved by, Trustee Segert and' seconed by Trustee Haggie that the Village
advertise for bids for grading of Chestnut Street under the supervision
o fthe Road and Bridge, Committe
Upon roll. call the following vote was taken, Yeas: Beckley, Haggie, Kreh,
Segert and Wessling. Naes, None.
A contract from the Public Service Co.* for all night' street lighting s,ezvice
was read.
Moved by Trustee Bdekley and seconed by Trustee Segert that it be regerred
to the Road & Bridge Co=ittet. Carried.
A. resolution Betting April 19' 1921 as the date and the town: hall as the
place for the annual Village election was read.'
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by'Truatee Hague that the resolution
be adopted as read. Carried.
Motion made and Beconed to adjourn. Carried.
