01/03/1921.142 Januat y 3 1923 Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by th President B.Fi. Kress at 8 P.M. In the absence of the absence of theclerk it was moved by Trustee Haggie• and seconed by Trustee Wessling that Trustee,Beckley act as Clerk Protem. Carried. . Roll call, Present: Beckley Ha;gie, Kreh, Se;ert and Wessling. Absent Haunschild. Minutes of the regular meeting of Dec. 6 1920 were read and approved as. corrected. Minutes of the special meeting of Dec. 13 1920 were read and approved. Treasurers report was read. The following bills were read: Frank Kottraah F.. -H. - Meyer Geo. Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas Beckley, Ha;;ie Kreh, Segert and Wessling. Naes , None. RESOLUTION RESOLVED; by the President and Board of Trustees of the 'Pillage of Deerfield, that the platt of dedication of airstrip of land sixty —six feet in width and lying between the east' and west lines of Chestnut Street, extended north, and -from the south line of Grand Avenue to the North line of Osterman's Subdivision, of part of the northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 43, R6ngeL1+2, East of the Third Principal "bierid- ian, be and the same is hereby approved, and RESOLVED, further, that said strip of land so dedicated as aforesaid be and the dame is hereby accepted asa public street, and that the same be graded and placed in a suitable condition for travel immediately, and RESOLVED, further, that upon the filing for record of the Platt of dedication hereby approved, the Village Attorney be and he is hereby directed to dismiss the condemnation proceedings now pending in the Gounty Court of Lake County, Illinois, instituted for the pnrpose of acquiring title to said land above dedicated. Resolution was read. Moved by Trustee kreh and seconed by Trustee Segert that plat of dedication of land for Chestnut St be accepted and approved when Cor- rection of description of Minters land is made. Upon roll call the following vote eras taken, Yeas Beckley, Haggie, Kreh, Segert and '9caalin &. Naes, None.
