Regular meeting of the Board of Trustecs of the VilleLge of Deerfield
was called to order by the President R. ti. Kress at 8 P.R.
Roll call : Present: Beckley, Hacruie, Kreh, Segert and 7e23"1..ing.
Absent • T aunschild.
Rinutes of regular meeting held on August 2 1920 were read and,.approved.
Proved by Trustee Haggie and seconed b Trustee Wessling that a license
be granted . to Benny Persky for six (6� months from July 1 1920 to
December 31 1920.
Upon roll call the following vole was taken, Yeas- Beckley, Haggie,
Kreh, Segert and Wessling. Naes- None.
The Clerk was instructed to write Murray Pc Terry, Pte.- Casey and Mr Reay
requesting theca to repair the wire fences and cut the shrubbery along
the 5ide-J7alk.

Moved by Truster Beckley and seconed by Trustee Haggie that the bills
be paid and charged to_ their respective funds.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas- Beckley, Haggie, Kreh
Segert and Wessling. Naes - .None.
Moved by Trustee Haggie and seconed by Trustee Segert that the charge
for ,Pater to the Conway Company be 25 cents per hundred cubic feet .with
a discount of 20 %, if paid within ten. (10) days after rendition of bill.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas- Beckley, Haggie,
Kreh, Segert and Wessling. Naes- none.
Moved by Trustee Becley and seconed by Trustee Haggie that the price of
water to the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul. Railroad -be -- fifteen (15)
cents per Hundred. cubic feet with a discount of 10 per cent if paid
with in ten (10) days after rendition of bill.

Moved by Trustee Kreh and], seconed by Trustee Segert that the interest
coupon due on Special Assessment 11 be paidout of the water fund the
same to be reinbursedi when delinquent taxes coiue, in. ,
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas- Beckley,Kreh, Haggie
Segert and Wessling. Naes- None.
